Women for Courage 2024
This year Women for Courage hosted 500 attendees to celebrate the work of the Foundation and honor Tepper Sports and Entertainment,U.S. Congresswoman Alma Adams and Olympic Silver Medalist Anna Cockrell, co-recipients of the 2024 Jill Dinwiddie Courage to Soar Award.
Women for Courage is our flagship educational and fundraising event to stop intimate partner violence before it begins. It is an opportunity for both men and women to hear about our mission, honor the pioneering work of prevention advocates, and learning the characteristics and warning signs of intimate partner violence. Victims work, live and play in our community and may not realize they are living in a dangerous situation, if they choose to stay in a toxic relationship.
The Jamie Kimble Foundation is dedicated to supporting the development of healthy, respectful, and nonviolent relationships while bringing awareness to unhealthy, abusive, or violent relationships. Our goal is to partner with communities, universities, teen groups and organizations and faith-based groups interested in raising awareness about teen dating violence and promoting safe, healthy relationships.
