Building Domestic Violence Policies in the Workplace
Did you Know 65% of companies do NOT have domestic violence policies in place?
Thanks to all who attended the first Domestic Violence Employers Workshop held on September 27, 2018 at the Foundation For The Carolinas. Many of Charlotte's top employers such as: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, the City of Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, Harris Teeter, Coca~Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, Inc., Duke-Energy, Charter/Spectrum, CRVA, Rodgers Builders, Verizion Communications and more had representatives that came to participate and learn more about how company's, both big and small, can craft domestic violence policies to support employees who may be in need of this critical support.
